Return Policy

We proudly stand behind our product, and want all of our customers to have 100% satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please allow us to make it right! Email us at info@madescentscandles.com. All returns must be initiated within 90 days from purchase date.

Refunds do not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs. Exclusions may apply as noted in the product description. Please note that items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.

We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.


Damages and Issues

Candles should be stored in a cool dry place and shipping boxes shouldn't be left unopened for longer than a few days to avoid damage. Please contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that our candles are made from 100% natural ingredients. Slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax are perfectly normal, and will not affect the performance of your candle. We recommend burning your candles within one year for best performance.

Please email info@madescentscandles.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged product as well as an explanation of the issue. If available, your product will be replaced immediately. If your product is out of stock, we will refund your purchase.
